Grilled Pizza: The Big Green Egg Makes It a Fun, Family Favorite

Posted by:

Homemade pizza on the Big Green Egg is always a fun, family favorite in our house. I know “grilled pizza” doesn’t quite connect, but you can follow this recipe and steps to learn how to do it yourself and impress your family and friends.

Home made pizza - Feature

This homemade pizza was delicious. We got the whole family involved; everyone had a fun time designing their own pizza pie. I enjoyed using the fresh herbs I planted in my container pizza garden. You can use prepared pizza crust instead of the homemade for ease.

Accessories

  • Plate Setter
  • Baking Stone
  • Pizza Peel

Step 6. Brush the crust with olive oil. Place in grill for one minute.

Step 7. Remove crust from grill and build your favorite pizza pie.

Step 8. Place on the grill and cook at 450 degrees for 4-7 minutes.

Step 9. Remove with the pizza peel. Enjoy!
